Collecting Speech Topics of 2015 OSTC

"Open Source Technology Conference 2015", referred to as OSTC will be hosted by CSDN, Tencent, Tencent Cloud, Tencent Foundation in Beijing on March 28, 2015.
The conference themes "Community Over Code" and will set up a main venue, two sub-venues, a Workshop and Field Training and an open-source female special activity.
We are expected to collect speech topics from all the open source communities, open-source project leaders and open-source enthusiasts.
